I spent 8 days from 29 August- 07 September 2008 in Bulgaria, on the Sunny Coast, on a holiday vacation organised by the Hungarian General Post Office as a guest.(My daughter is an employee of the post office I was as a family member present. Homm Ltd was responsible for the transportation of the 100 holiday-makers.
The GPO collects after the holiday a questionnaire, I heard from an employee, to learn about how far the participants were satisfied with the services provided; it also includes questions about the transportation. I am obliged to write to you right now, on our day of arrival back to Hungary before our tiring every day routine starts again.
I would like to write some appraising words about our personnel on the bus, which has the registration number FLZ 393. The driver’s name was Zsolt, I cannot remember his surname and he worked in rotation with Béla Rapka.
They deserve our sincere praise as exceptional drivers, team-players and showed benevolence. They were extremely polite, kind and helpful with the passengers and they behaved as real comrades with each other and took their responsibility seriously. They were always on time and they did an excellent job. Their driving technique was outstanding, I admired Zsolt’s calm driving, and he was never upset or nervous even in situations which seemed rather stressful. He enjoyed his work and took care of the bus as it would have been his. Nowadays in our hectic world I can say I was happy to meet such a calm, peaceful person.
I would gladly join any travel in the future you organise, your drivers delivered an excellent service, made us feel safe. Congratulation for hiring such personnel.

I took part in a journey to Great Britain in your bus. I was highly satisfied with the standard of your service and your friendly two bus drivers.
I do not know their names but now I would like to send them a photo. I hope you can identify the two drivers on hand of the picture. Thank you for your help in advance.

I am Ms Judit Tóth Borbély deputy director of 2 General Post Office in Debrecen. I am aware of the fact that you may not remember me, but perhaps if I mention that I took part in a journey going to Bulgaria from 29 August -7 September in 2008 then you may be able to identify my person. I was on the bus that arrived a day later as planned.
I would like to say thank you for the unforgettable travel.
I would like to express my acknowledgement for recruiting such suitable staff. We were impressed with all four of them, they were helpful, professional. They were able to deal with troubles emerging and showed integrity. I believe this problem-solving skills mean that they have the right background help from you. At your company your staff can completely rely on you. I have to mention „Gyula” whose persistence and responsibility was exemplary. The passengers admired him and this cannot be by chance. He deserved credit for the way he did his job.
I would like my 230 employees to have the same qualities as him. Working together with somebody like him must be an elevating experience.
Only those do not mistakes who do not work. Gyula made a mistake, but it was insignificant beside his numerous merits. I trust your evaluation and hope he will not get negative assessment. He is an expert in his own field and this requires acknowledgement.
Their offer meant a gesture to all passengers at the end of the journey.
Knowing your organisational skills I am sure you will succeed to carry out this offer. There may be difficulties, because the passengers came from various parts of the country.

Dear Mr Homm
After a long time I have been surfing your site again with a one-day trip in mind. I could not find offers like this. However, I discovered the testimonials link and I was happy to read besides my own e-mail comments those of other satisfied passengers. It reinforced my positive experiences with your company. One of the holiday-makers in Bulgaria, Ms Judit Tóth Borbély wrote about Gyula, but other passengers on another bus to Bulgaria were appraising their chauffer.
I was exceptionally glad to read that not only we were satisfied with the quality of service our chauffeurs provided, Zsolt Kuhn and Béla Repka , but some inspired passengers were formulating their opinions in the same way about their chauffeurs, who were employed by HOMM Ltd. I already mentioned to you in our telephone conversation in September that people tend to consider something nice, something faultless as natural and they give written feedback only if there is something to complain about. Although I hope Homm Ltd is not the addressee of such pieces of writings.
I regularly participate in coach tours within Hungary and the difference between the tours can be felt in most cases in terms of comfort, cleanliness and the behaviour of the chauffeurs.
I have HOMM Ltd’s contact details already given to numerous clients and called you as a responsible tour transporter company. I believe some advertisements may be always useful.
As I have already mentioned I surfed the Internet and I could not find a one-day trip on your homepage, but I saw you are advertising the trip to Donovaly which really needs some snow. In case I can find a suitable date I would like to join a trip especially if the driver is Zsolt Kuhn, since in this changeable weather it is very important to have a steady, safe handed driver to rely on. Please let me know if a possibility like this arises.
